He also managed corporate accounts, such as Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s and Philip Morris, and Allstate Insurance, for international advertising giants McCann-Erickson, Leo Burnett and J. Walter Thompson.

During Jack’s highly successful 28-year marketing career with FORTUNE 100 corporations, he experienced few principles, little meaningful change, and lots of insanity.

His management consulting experience includes change efforts at Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Coca-Cola, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Microsoft, Solutia and Wachovia Bank, as well as numerous mid-sized companies.

Roger’s 25-year career in the domestic and international beverage industries with Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Seven-Up and Vernor’s evidences a solid track record of producing profits, directing corporate restructures and turnarounds, while continually raising standards of quality and customer service.

As General Manager for Pepsi-Cola’s a $600 million Eastern European operation, in Warsaw, Poland, Roger rapidly grew the business. He earned the loyalty, respect and support of the Polish employee team who rallied around his positive, results-oriented leadership.

His general management, sales, marketing, finance, and operations experience with consumer goods manufacturing, distribution and sales systems supports the growth for every Biz-XL customer organization.

For the past eight years, Mark managed the “bottom-line” for Mail-Well Print Operations, a multi-billion dollar commercial print consolidator. As regional controller and financial manager of multiple company operations, Mark directed financial manufacturing teams in the areas of strategic and financial planning, organizational restructuring, scheduling, continuous improvement, benchmarking, and budgeting. With previous restaurant and real-estate operations financial management experience, Mark is highly proficient in all functional aspects of audit accounting.
